Repossessions occurs when vehicle owners have failed to keep up with their monthly payments on hire purchase contracts or car loan/lease.

There are no outstanding payments or debts on the vehicles at the time of purchase. The finances have been settled before the vehicles were put up for sale.

If you choose to make an immediate purchase the final price is the price which is listed on the website.
Beside this you will have to pay the delivery charge to your location.

Most of the vehicles we offer for sale are not involved in accidents. However if a vehicle has any damage, we are making a picture and post it on the website.
So you must check the vehicle listing page and the description as we are writing there all the info related to possible accidents or damages.

All vehicles comes with 1 Year Warranty or the remaining warranty from the manufacturer (if applicable).

We are only accepting bank transfers as a payment method. Bank transfers are a secure method of payment, because there is proven identity verification associated with the transfer itself.

All of our vehicles will be delivered with Registration Certificate, Vehicle Sale Agreement, Invoice, European Certificate of Conformity (COC), Service History Book, Warranty Certificate, Insurance Policy (valid for 1 month), Periodical Technical Inspection Certificate (PTI) and the CMR document.

If there is no service book available, you can request a service history, again, upon availability. We do not provide additional stamps or modifications in the service books.

To ensure that the sale will be completed correctly, the documents will be provided along with the vehicle upon delivery.

 

Once you have submitted an order, the vehicle is assigned to you and you have 48 hours to transfer the 50% deposit. The payment must be confirmed by the bank in order to start the delivery procedure.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been confirmed by our bank.

 

We do not accept cash payments. We only accept bank transfers.

Yes, anyone can buy a vehicle using our services (both private individuals and companies).

Yes, we do export vehicles outside European Union. We’ll help you with the relevant documentation. Contact us for more information.

If you have any technical problems that occurs within 1 year since the purchase of the vehicle, you must submit a document from an official workshop or dealer which describes the technical damage along with the proforma invoice for the repairs.
We will pay for repairing the vehicle within 72 hours since receiving the proforma invoice.

Please contact us if you own a car trading company and you want to purchase more than one vehicle at once. We offer discounts and deposit payments for large purchases.

Yes, this is possible but only on a 100 kilometers limit.

Yes, the price listed on our website includes VAT.

 

You can order a transport either by submitting the order form on the vehicle listing page or by email.

 

After you have submitted an order, you are unable to cancel it until the vehicle is delivered. This means that the funds must be transferred. 
If you refuse to pay, then you will violate a legal contract. Aside from initiating a foreclosure process by using this agreement in court, you will be blocked from buying from our company.
***Please note that you will only be able to cancel the transaction at the point of delivery/handover and receive a full refund (Cancellation is also available during the 5 Days Trial period).

 

You do not have to pay any fee if you return the vehicle within 5 days since it was delivered.
We will take the vehicle back from your possession and will refund your payment in full.

We do not accept car exchange, because we deal only with repossessed vehicles.

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer finance. No monthly payments accepted.
So you will have to get finance yourself and pay for the vehicle in full.

If you want to reserve a vehicle then you will be required to secure a refundable deposit (usually between 25% to 50% of the price).
If no deposit is provided then the vehicle is sold on a first come first served basis.
