Before explaining how you can purchase a vehicle, I need to tell you, our customers, a couple of words.
Did you know that 95% of our first time customers believe that our business is a complete fraud ?
This happens mostly due to the fact that our prices are lower than the market's average price - but before letting me explain why, most of the customers categorizes the company as a fraudulent one.
Well, you will be amazed to find out that we are not - our company operates since 2015 and it has 14 permanent employees and 48 collaborators in all the European Union countries where we are selling our vehicles. If our words are not sufficient, you can check our company using our credentials and you will see that everything matches.
And now, let's shortly answer to some of your questions, like why are the cars cheaper than the market's average price or why it's better to use our delivery procedure.
In 2019, the European Union legislators decided to apply some new regulations to the vehicle foreclosure business - most of the regulations doesn't have a large impact to you, the final customer, but still affect our way of doing business.
The most important of these regulations impose a limitation to a maximum profit of 25% from the acquisition price of a vehicle.
The second regulation as importance limits the private customers to purchase only one single repossessed vehicle once a year.
Our country, Spain, aligned to these regulations, alignment that impose a change in our business approach and the way we are selling our vehicles.
Even if these regulations caused a price drop, most of the customers begin to question either the legitimacy of our company or the integrity of the vehicles – that’s why my duty was and still is to explain, as well as I can, the entire process, because there is no fraud, there is just misinformation.
In accordance with these regulations it was pretty hard to continue and sell cars at our premises or in a single country, like Spain – that’s why we choose to extend this business as much as we can because there are a lot of other countries in European Union that didn’t applied all of these regulations yet.
Our website was mostly redesigned and focused to explain the delivery procedure – a procedure that it is time-cost effective and does not impose you a limitation (except the case you are a Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch or Belgian customer, countries that are aligned to the new European Union regulations).
Of course, there are customers that are not trusting our delivery procedure and want to purchase a car using the old fashioned way – we are allowing that even if our profits will decrease exponentially but these customers will also have to support some of these limitations and some additional taxes which are added in accordance with the regulations imposed by the European Union legislation.

The purchase procedure includes the following steps outlined below:

Secure your chosen vehicle

To take advantage of our great offers available for immediate purchase, simply click on the BUY NOW button on the vehicle's listing page, fill in the order form and we’ll do the rest!
Please note that the payment can and will be made only by bank transfer. Once we receive your order, we will issue the Invoice (which contains our bank account details) and the Vehicle Sale Agreement and send it to you by email.
The Vehicle Sale Agreement is a legal contract signed and stamped by our manager which contains all the transaction terms.
After receiving the agreement, the Buyer must read it, sign it and send it back to us by email or hand it to the delivery agent upon delivery.

Payments/Security Deposit

We require 50% deposit payment for all of the vehicles that we sell.
The deposit has to be paid as soon as the Vehicle Sale Agreement and the Invoice are issued.
The outstanding balance of 50% will be paid only after the car is delivered and inspected by the Buyer.
For traders that wish to purchase multiple vehicles at once, we can accept a smaller security deposit.
The Buyer must submit the payment within 48 hours since the Invoice has been issued, otherwise the Invoice will be cancelled.

Important ***
Do not submit an order unless you can pay for it. After you have submitted an order, you are unable to cancel it until the car is delivered.
However, do not forget that the payment is refundable without quibble, in case you have changed your mind or if you want to return the vehicle.

Delivery

We, or a third party delivery company, will deliver the vehicle to an address of your choosing. Just let us know what suits you best.
The vehicles could be delivered anywhere within Europe and United Kingdom for a fee that vary between €50 and €750 depending on Buyer’s physical location and type of Vehicle (Contact us for shipping quote).
The vehicles are delivered on a trailer within 7 to 10 business days since the payment is confirmed by our bank.

Documentation

When the vehicle is delivered, the delivery agent will hand over the vehicle documents and the keys to the Buyer.
On the day of handover the Buyer will need to provide an identity document (Identity Card / Passport or Driving License) to prove that he is the person we registered as buyer.
We will provide all of the documentation pertaining to your vehicle purchase including:

– Registration Certificate
– Vehicle Sale Agreement
– Invoice
– European Certificate of Conformity (COC)
– Warranty Certificate
– Service History (if applicable)
– Damage Report (if applicable)
– Vehicle Insurance Certificate (valid for 1 month)
– Periodical Technical Inspection Certificate (PTI)
– CMR document

Warranty

FKN CARS solely warrants that on the date of delivery, the Vehicle conforms to the FKN CARS Vehicle Description.
1 Year Warranty is offered to all the vehicles sold through FKN CARS Platform.
For any technical problems that occurs within 1 year since the purchase of vehicle, Buyer shall notify the malfunction as soon as possible by submitting to FKN CARS a document from an official workshop or dealer which describes the technical damage and lists the ID numbers of the required spare parts along with the proforma invoice for the repairs. FKN CARS will pay for repairing the vehicle within 72 hours since receiving the proforma invoice(s).

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

5 Days Return Policy:
After the Vehicle is delivered, the Buyer will benefit from our 5 Days Trial Period in order to verify itself that the Vehicle complies with the FKN CARS Vehicle Description. During this period the Buyer has the option to accept or reject the vehicle.
Malfunctions or damage to parts of the Vehicle that were not described on the vehicle description on the time of purchase will entitle the Buyer to reject the Vehicle and request a refund.
If the vehicle is not as described, we will collect ourselves the vehicle with no additional cost for the Buyer and will refund the payment in full without quibble.

Cancellation:
– The Buyer may choose to cancel the transaction at the point of delivery/handover. In this instance we will cancel the sale and refund the payment as well as any delivery charges purchased by the Buyer.
– You cannot cancel your transaction at any point during the sale. After you have submitted an order, you are unable to cancel it until the vehicle is delivered. This means that the funds must be transferred. If you refuse to pay then you will be breaking a legal contract. Aside from initiating a foreclosure process by using this agreement in court, the Buyer will be blocked from buying from our company in the future.

Refunds:
The buyer has the rights to request a refund within maximum 5 days since he/she received the vehicle. The refund request must be sent by email or through our contact form and should contain the transaction number written on the invoice.
Once we received the refund request we will send a trailer to collect the vehicle and refund the payment in full.

Vehicle Information

FKN CARS expressly acknowledges that all the vehicles are previously inspected by our team of experienced technicians to ensure that we haven’t missed anything and will come with 1 Year warranty.
Vehicle Information may consist of one or more types of information, each of which shall be clearly identified as such on the Platform on the Vehicle Description and photos.
FKN CARS promises that for each vehicle offered for sale: the make, model and year of first registration are correct as listed:
– the displayed images accurately show the general appearance of the vehicle’s exterior and interior at the time of sale;
– there are no outstanding finance or debts on the vehicle at the time of purchase;
– legal ownership of the vehicle will pass to the buyer after paying the vehicle;
– if you pay for a vehicle, you are guaranteed to receive the vehicle;
– if a vehicle is advertised as having full service history, you will receive the service book and/or documents attesting the service and maintenance that have been performed;
– the vehicle’s ‘Run & Drive’ condition has been accurately classified;
– at the time the vehicle is listed for sale, the vehicle’s odometer reading it’s accurate, has not been tampered with and has no less than the mileage recorded against the vehicle’s registration number in the most recently chassis number (VIN) information available online or through main dealer. If any of the above conditions are not met, we will refund the purchase price in full and all buyer’s fees and applicable taxes.
